McLennan Athletics hosting McLennan Madness Oct. 24

Join McLennan Community College Athletics for a night of fun and games celebrating the start of the 2022-23 athletics year at McLennan Madness Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. at The Highlands gym on the MCC campus.

McLennan fans will also receive free McLennan Athletics swag including mini basketballs, t-shirts, posters, magnets, and schedule cards for both the men's and women's basketball teams. Food trucks will also be located outside The Highlands from 5:45-6:45 p.m.

The free event will feature introductions of the men's and women's basketball teams and the MCC Dance Company as a guest DJ hypes up the crowd, along with a 3-point and dunk contest with bragging rights and coveted awards on the line. Multiple performances by the nationally-recognized dance company are also planned along with a showcase of talent from the McLennan baseball, golf and softball squads in a putting contest, dizzy bat game and other special performances.
