McLennan Baseball seventh in latest NJCAA poll

The McLennan Highlanders are seventh in latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Poll, down one spot from last week.

Wabash Valley (Illinois) continues to hold the top spot, followed by Wallace-Dothan (Alabama) in second, up a spot from last week. Northwest Florida State jumped two spots to third this week. Central Florida and Walters State (Tennessee) round out the top five.  
 
Grayson, McLennan's conference opponent, moved up two spots to 14th this week, and is the only other Texas school in the poll. Odessa and New Mexico, both Region V opponents, are receiving votes.
 
McLennan continues conference play Thursday, hosting Hill for a 1 p.m. doubleheader. All of the Highlanders' conference games are broadcast on 1590 AM and 99.3 FM in the Waco area, and online at kbhthd2.streamon.fm.
