McLennan Highlanders up to No. 3 in NJCAA Div. I Rankings
The McLennan Highlanders moved up one spot to No. 3 in the latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Rankings.
Central Arizona and Walters State remained No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Wabash Valley fell one spot to No. 4. Chipola remained No. 5 and Crowder remained at No. 6. Eastern Oklahoma State jumped three spots to No. 7, and Iowa Western moved up one spot to No. 8. Florida Southwestern leaped five spots to No. 9, and Georgia Highlands rounds out the Top-10, up three spots from last week
Other Texas schools in the poll: Grayson, up one four spots to No. 14; Alvin, entering the rankings at No. 17; and San Jacinto, down 10 spots to No. 18. Midland and Panola are receiving votes.
McLennan returns to conference play Wednesday, hosting Weatherford in a noon doubleheader.
