McLennan Baseball jumps to No. 4 in rankings
The McLennan Highlanders are up to No. 4 in the latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Rankings.
Walters State continues to sit at No. 1 while Wabash Valley and Chipola both moved up a spot to No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. Central Arizona, the previous No. 2, fell to No. 9.
Grayson, a conference opponent of the Highlanders, moved up five spots to No. 13 this week, and San Jacinto moved up one spot to No. 14. New Mexico and Alvin continue to receive votes.
The Highlanders continue conference play Wednesday, traveling to Cisco for a 1 p.m. doubleheader.
