McLennan Highlanders ranked No. 4 in NJCAA

The McLennan Highlanders will begin post-season play Friday ranked fourth in the latest NJCAA DI Baseball Poll.

The top five teams remained the same this week: Walters State, No. 1; Chipola, No. 2; Wabash Valley, No. 3; McLennan, No. 4; and Crowder, No. 5.

Grayson and New Mexico, both regional opponents for the Highlanders, come in at No. 19 and No. 20, respectively.

McLennan will face Howard at 1 p.m. Friday on the opening day of the Region V Tournament in Midland. All tournament games will be broadcast live on tsrnsports.com.
