McLennan Highlanders steady at No. 16 in NJCAA poll

The McLennan Highlanders, with a record of 30-12, remained at No. 16 in this week's NJCAA Division I Baseball Rankings.

Walters State (Tennessee) continues to hold the top spot with a 41-6 record. Central Florida moved up two spots to No. 2 with a 42-4 record, while Central Arizona fell one spot to No. 3 with a 42-6 record. Wabash Valley (Illinois) moved up two spots to No. 4 with a record of 35-9. Barton (Kansas), with a record of 38-5, also moved up two spots this week to No. 5.

Other Texas opponents in the rankings: Blinn (33-12), down two spots to No. 12 and Weatherford (34-9), down one spot to No. 13. New Mexico, a Region V opponent of McLennan and Weatherford, is up four spots this week to No. 14 with a 34-9 record.
