Temple took the opener 3-2 with Stevie Doty taking the loss on the mound.
The Leopards started the scoring with Chase Fricke's home run in the bottom of the fourth.
Another Temple run scored in the fifth as Sage Sanders walked, advanced around to third on a pair of ground outs and scored on a single by Wade Stallones.
The third Leopard run scored in the sixth. Davin Brazzle singled and was replace by pinch runner Cameron Bartz. Hunter Baros then singled to score Bartz.
Both McLennan runs came in the top of the seventh as Sam Jenkins drew a walk and scored on a Brady Quinn home run.
The Leopards needed an extra inning to defeat the Highlanders 4-3 in game two. Jacob Evans took the loss on the mound.
Temple scored one in the bottom of the third. Sanders led off with a single but was out on a fielder's choice by Kash Millar. Elias Ledon-Padilla and Stallones both singled, bringing Kash Millar in to score.
The Highlanders tied the game with a run in the top of the sixth inning. Sam Jenkins walked and Brennon Seigle singled. Jenkins was caught stealing, and Brock Lulewicz singled to score Seigler.
The Leopards went back on top with two runs in the bottom of the seventh. Sanders singled and was replaced by pinch runner Yarel Delgado. Kash Millar and Leon-Padilla both singled, loading the bases. Delgado scored on a fielder's choice by Stallones, and Kash Millar scored on an error.
McLennan added another run in the eighth inning. Brandon Dickinson and Jenkins both walked and advanced on a passed ball. Seigler walked to load the bases, and Dickinson scored on another passed ball.
The Highlanders tied the game with a run in the top of the ninth as Brody Chyr singled and scored on a double by pinch hitter Nathan Tobin.
Temple scored one in the bottom of the 10th inning to steal the win. Delgado walked and stole second. Kash Millar then singled to score Delgado.
