MCC Dance Team earns gold bid to Nationals 2026

The MCC Dance Team earned a gold-paid bid to the 2026 NDA National Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida, next April following outstanding performances at camp on the campus of Southern Methodist University. The squad finished in first place in both the Junior College Game Day and Team Dance categories, and was presented the Dorothy Herkimer Award for embodying the principles of leadership, strong values and exceptional teamwork. Additionally, sophomore captain Emma Howell and freshman Reyna Gold also earned NDA All-American honors.
