McLennan basketball moves up in NJCAA poll

The McLennan Community College men's basketball team jumped three spots to 11th in the latest NJCAA Division I Basketball Poll released today.

Hutchinson, Trinity Valley from Region XIV and Northwest Florida State continue to hold the top three spots.
 
Other Region V schools ranked are Hill (fifth) and Odessa (21st). Kilgore and Blinn from Region XIV are ranked 24th and 25th, respectively. Midland from Region V is receiving votes.
 
The Highlanders have an overall record of 13-1 and return to action on Dec. 29 at Angelina.
