Ingram & Gooch named NTJCAC Players of the Week

McLennan Basketball's Jalayah Ingram and Ari Gooch were selected as the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference's first Players of the Week for the 2024-25 season.

Ingram, a sophomore guard from Pearland, scored 15 points with seven rebounds, three assists and a steal in the win over Frank Phillips to open the season. She followed that with 14 points, nine rebounds, five assists and two steals in the win over Angelina.

Gooch, a freshman guard from Minneapolis, Minnesota, led the Highlanders to a 91-31 win over Dallas Eastfield with 14 points, five rebounds and two steals. He followed that with 15 points, a rebound, two assists and two steals in the win over Lee.
