McLennan golfers earn PING honors

McLennan Community College golfers were named to the NJCAA Division I PING All-American and All-District teams released Monday by the Golf Coaches Association of America.

Freshman Hunter Shattuck was named to the All-American Second Team. Sophomores Andrew Hans and Chris Low jointed Shattuck on the District II All-District Team.

The Highlanders are competing in the NJCAA Division I National Championship beginning today in Burlintton, Iowa. The individual medalists from the tournament will also be named to the First Team All-American Team.
