Highlander golf in 11th place at national tournament
The McLennan Highlanders are in 11th place with 317-308 – 625 after two rounds round of the NJCAA Division I National Championships at the par-72, 7,360-yard Spirit Hollow Golf Course in Burlington, Iowa.
Indian Hills is in first place with 298-295 – 593, followed by Wallace State in second with 301-297 – 598 and Iowa Western in third with 306-299 – 605.
Sophomore Ryan Beatty leads the Highlanders with 76-78 – 154 and is tied for 22nd place.
