Highlanders participate in Golf Day

The McLennan Community College Men's Golf team participated in NJCAA Division I Golf Day on Friday, Oct. 31. This day is set aside for Division I Golf programs from around the country to give back to the communities that serve and support two-year colleges. As their service project, members of the McLennan team helped organize and pass out candy and other giveaway items at the college's Trunk or Treat. The free, family-friendly event was held in conjunction with the home openers for the men's and women's basketball teams. The golf team will also help run and officiate rules for two junior golf tournaments in November.
