McLennan golf team remains fourth in poll

The McLennan Community College men's golf team remains ranked fourth with 37 points in the latest Bushnell Golf­week Preseason NJCAA Division I Coaches Poll released today.
 
Indian Hills is in first with 58 points, followed by Odessa in second with 56 points and Eastern Florida State in third with 46 points.
 
Midland (fifth, 28 points) is the only other NJCAA Region V college ranked in the poll. Western Texas also received votes.
 
The Highlanders will host the Dr Pepper McLennan Classic on Oct. 26-27 at Twin Rivers Golf Club.
