McLennan's Robert Gonzalez was named the NJCAA Region V Golfer of the Week following his championship performance at the Andrews Collegiate/Amateur Invitational. The sophomore from San Antonio shot two rounds of 67 for a total of 134 to claim the individual title and help the Highlanders to a fourth-place finish.
