Bignell named Golfer of the Week

McLennan golfer Abe Bignell was selected as the NJCAA Region 5 Golfer of the Week for Oct. 27-Nov. 1. The sophomore from Kent, England, claimed the individual championship at the NJCAA National Preview in Newton, Kansas, with 67-69 – 136. His performance helped lead the Highlanders to the tournament championship with 281-284 – 565.
