Hudson named NJCAA Pitcher of the Week

McLennan sophomore Hailey Hudson is the NJCAA Division I Softball Pitcher of the Week. The right-hander from College Station pitched a perfect game in McLennan's 22-0 victory over Ranger. She faced 15 batters in the five-inning run-rule win, striking out 11. For the week, Hudson had two wins, allowing one run in 10 innings pitched for a 0.70 ERA with 18 strikeouts.
