Brown named NTJCAC Softball Player of the Week

Freshman Ellie Brown earned North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for her stellar performance on opening weekend. The Columbus, Texas native, played outfield in three of four games for the Highlanders, recording a .778 batting average with two doubles, five RBI and four runs scored.
