Highlassies’ Walker named All-Region

McLennan guard Jaylonn Walker was named to the NJCAA Region V All-Region Team. The sophomore from Calvert led the Highlassies with 16.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Her points-per-game average was second in the conference, and she was also a North Texas Junior College Athletics Conference (NTJCAC) Newcomer of the Year first-team all-conference selection.
