McLennan's Brown earns second Player of the Week honor

McLennan golfer Caitlin Brown has been named the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week for Sept. 28-Oct. 4.

Brown, a sophomore from New Braunfels, recorded rounds of 71, 73 and 74 for a total of 218 to finish tied for sixth place individually and lead the team to a fourth-place finish at the Bearkat Women's Invitational, hosted by Sam Houston State University Oct. 3-4. This is Brown's second Player of the Week honor this fall.
