Rimlinger & Lee earn NTJCAC awards
A pair for McLennan Volleyball players earned North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Awards for their outstanding performances during the Highlanders' inaugural season.
Freshman Brooke Rimlinger was named Newcomer of the Year and First-Team All-Conference. She played in 26 matches for the Highlanders and led the team with 337 kills, averaging 359 per set. She also led the team with 26 solo blocks and was third with 218 digs.
Freshman Jayla Lee was named First-Team All-Conference. He played in 25 Highlander matches and was second on the team with 291 kills, averaging 3.13 per set. She also led the team with 40 aces and was second on the team with 219 digs.
